2. Using Our Website
By accessing beebiyoo.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other user's experience.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Our Products
We make every reasonable effort to display our products' colours, features, and specifications accurately on our website.
However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will perfectly represent the actual colour or texture of any product.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated from time to time. If you have a question about a specific product, please contact us before placing your order.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept credit cards, debit cards, FPX online banking, e-wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later options where available.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order for a full refund.
5. Orders
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, incomplete information, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@beebiyoo.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been packed or dispatched.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping will be available in the future — please check our website for updates.
Estimated Delivery Times
West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
East Malaysia: 9–10 working days
Delivery times are counted from the date payment is received and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
Delivery may be affected during festive seasons, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Orders are fulfilled and delivered by our appointed courier partner(s). [Insert courier name(s) before publishing.]
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BEEBIYOO purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7–14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened feeding bottles, used nipples, spouts, teethers, or opened feeding accessories — unless the item is defective.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@beebiyoo.com with photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Change of Mind
If you'd like to return an item for any other reason, the item must meet the eligibility criteria above. Return shipping costs in this case are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within the timeframe confirmed at the time of your request.
To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions from there.
8. Product Safety & Warranty
BEEBIYOO products are designed and tested to meet international food-safety standards. All products are BPA-free and made from FDA & LFGB certified materials.
We offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear from regular use Damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse, or accidents .
Bite marks or physical damage caused by the userDiscolouration resulting from prolonged exposure to heat, sunlight, or fatty residue over time.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@beebiyoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Silicone products, including our Ultra-Clear Silicone bottles, are designed to maintain clarity for longer than standard silicone.
However, no silicone material is permanently immune to discolouration — this is a material characteristic, not a defect. Our warranty does not cover gradual yellowing that occurs as a result of normal use over time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to the BEEBIYOO name and logo, the KENYOO hornbill character, product designs, photography, copy, and trademarks — is the property of Covalent Forge Sdn. Bhd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms (such as Shopee or Lazada) for your convenience.
These sites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party site. Visiting those links is at your own discretion and risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Covalent Forge Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Your use of, or inability to use, our website or products
Any errors or omissions in website content
Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Malaysian consumer protection law.
