How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
We move quickly on orders once they’re confirmed. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us at support@beebiyoo.com as soon as possible.
We’ll always do our best, but we can’t guarantee amendments once your order has been packed or dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within Malaysia. International shipping is coming soon — watch this space.
How long does delivery take?
West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
East Malaysia: 9–10 working days
Delivery times are counted from the date payment is received and may vary during festive seasons.
How can I track my order?

What materialare BEEBIYOO bottlesmade from?
Our Signature Baby Bottle is made from food-grade liquid silicone — BPA-free, flexible, and designed to be gentle on little mouths.
Is the bottle safe for newborns?
Yes. BEEBIYOO bottles are designed for newborns and up, with a nipple shape that encourages a natural latch and an anti-colic air vent system to help reduce swallowed air during feeds.
What exactly is Ultra-Clear Silicone?
It’s our food-grade liquid silicone formulation, designed to maintain significantly better clarity than standard silicone bottles, which tend to go cloudy faster. We want to be honest here: no silicone lasts perfectly clear forever — heat, sunlight, and fatty milk residue will affect any silicone material over time. What makes ours different is that it’s formulated and tested to stay clearer for longer. With the right care, you’ll notice the difference.
Will the bottle eventually turn yellow?
We won’t overclaim this. All silicone can discolour eventually, particularly with prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. Our Ultra-Clear formulation is significantly more resistant to yellowing than standard silicone, meaning it takes considerably longer before any colour change becomes visible. Following our care instructions — avoiding prolonged heat, sterilising correctly, and keeping bottles out of direct sunlight — will get the most out of your bottle’s clarity.
What is the Anti-Colic Design with One-Way Air Vent System?
The nipple has a built-in vent that lets air flow into the bottle as your baby feeds, reducing the vacuum effect that causes them to gulp air. Less air swallowed means less bloating, less gas, and generally calmer feeding sessions for everyone.
Why is the bottle designed with a wide neck?
A wide opening makes it genuinely easier to pour in milk, add formula, clean thoroughly, and dry completely between uses. Practical, not just aesthetic.
Is the bottle dishwasher safe?
The bottle body is dishwasher safe (top rack). We recommend hand-washing the nipple — the heat and pressure of a dishwasher cycle can degrade silicone nipples faster. See our Safety & Care page for full sterilisation guidance by component.
Can I use the bottle with breast milk?
Absolutely. It’s suitable for breast milk, formula, and water.
How often should I replace the nipple?
We recommend replacing nipples every 2–3 months as a general guideline. That said, don’t wait if you notice any of these signs: cracks, stickiness, discolouration, or any change in the shape or texture of the nipple.
When in doubt, replace it — nipples are the most contact-heavy part of the bottle, and replacing them regularly is a simple way to keep feeding safe and hygienic.
Is the silicone food-grade?
Yes. We use food-grade liquid silicone across our bottle bodies and nipples, manufactured to meet international safety standards for infant feeding products.
Which nipple flow rate should I choose?
Every baby is different, so treat these as a starting point rather than a rule. Watch how your baby feeds — if
they’re gulping, dribbling a lot, or seeming frustrated, it may be time to try
the next size up.
Are BEEBIYOO products BPA-free?
Yes, every single product — without exception.
What is PPSU, and why use it for the Tumbly Grip Cup?
PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) is a high-performance plastic widely used in demanding applications where durability and heat resistance matter. It’s lightweight, highly heat-resistant, and BPA-free — which makes it a great fit for a cup that goes through sterilisation cycles and the daily handling of a growing toddler.
